Is the apartment sold furnished?
The built-in joinery, lighting, and window treatments stay. Loose furniture is available separately if you want it — most people take the dining table.
What are the monthly charges?
Building maintenance runs to roughly DKK 2,400 a month, which covers the stairwell, the courtyard garden, and the lift that was added in 2023.
Is there parking?
One allocated space in the courtyard, plus residential street permits available from the municipality.
Can I see the other residences?
Meridian and Linden are still on site. We can usually walk you through them on the same visit if you mention it when booking.
