Designed for the way a home is actually lived in.
Avalon is an 82 m² apartment shaped around daylight. Rooms open into one another, materials are left honest and unfussy, and every sightline ends somewhere worth looking. It is calm without being cold, and finished without being precious.
Corner glazing means the apartment is never lit from a single direction — it stays bright from morning through to evening.
Oak, lime plaster, and brushed steel. A restrained palette that ages instead of dating.
